Administration Console
The Customer1 Admninistrator Console enables supervisors and managers to easily control
their Contact Center by providing them with an intuitive interface to add new content
such as scripts, campaigns, messages to their teams, and new knowledge base items. The
ability to quickly integrate to other systems is designed into the Console menu as well
as the access to modify workflows, add queues and set escalation procedures.
The console supports a single reporting window where analytics and predictive reporting
statistics can be viewed in real-time without impacting system performance. In addition to
viewing Customer1 data, the data can be consolidated from a variety of sources including your
switch, your dialer or other important information sources. |
